Shipping policy
Shipping is via USPS first class mail, USPS priority mail or in store pickup in Washington,NC
You will receive an automated email from us with your tracking information. if you can't locate the email make sure to check your spam folder.
Shipping services are experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. We are shipping orders out as normal, but have no control once we ship your item(s) out. We ship items out Monday-Friday, daily. Please understand shipping carriers do not pick up after noon Saturday and all day Sunday.
* We offer a flat rate of $8 for standard shipping on all orders
* FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200
We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. If you have multiple orders within the same day, please email us at Hana@Hanakaelynncollection.com to combine your orders and we will refund one of the shipping costs if the first order has not already been processed and shipped.
***PLEASE check your shipping address before submitting your order! Once your order has been shipped, you will be charged a second shipping fee of $8 (standard shipping) for us to ship to the correct address.
STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier we cannot issue a refund. If this happens, we recommend you contacting the carrier regarding your shipment.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and we are not able to refund shipping charges if the shipping carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
